I walked into the store 20 min before closing and the staff was so kind and helpful, they allowed me to do a quick shop and helped me out. As a traveller in a new city this was an amazing shopping experiences and the prices aren't unreasonable. Just FYI all of the royal blue tops are all embroidered with YNHH name. I will definitely return to this shop.

Great service! The store manager greeted us & shared he can make adjustments to our department orders, as our department color & name gets left behind a lot! Friendly and fast customer service! Highly recommend!

Amy is the best ! I’ve been having issues with allocation and uniforms since I started at Yale. She is the first and only associate to give me five star customer service. Her communication was efficient and in a timely manner. she is professional and goes above and beyond her job duties. Overall I’m a happy girl because of Amy! Thank you for being you Amy and don’t change ! People like me still appreciate great customer service !

From start to finish I had a great experience in the uniform store. I’m always hesitant due to the lines but despite one cashier. He was able to help everyone and not have any of us feel rushed either. I was given varied designs and sizes to try on which I really appreciated as well!!
